Every project is different: price depends on your property, how much you want lit and the type of lighting. We start with a free consultation and a clear quote before any work begins.
Do you install permanent lights with track?
Yes, absolutely! It’s one of our most-asked questions. We can mount your permanent lights in a low-profile track along the fascia, so they sit in a clean, straight line and blend into your roofline during the day. Just ask for a track install when you request your free quote (see a track install).
Is the consultation really free?
Yes. Consultations and quotes are free. Tell us what you have in mind and we will help you find the right lighting for your space.

What types of lighting do you install?
We specialize in lighting design, permanent eave lights, landscape lighting, electrical, interior lighting (recessed, LED and COB) and backyard & patio lights, including café string lights. Seasonal Christmas & holiday installs are also available.
What is the difference between permanent eave lights and traditional Christmas lights?
Traditional Christmas lights go up and come down every season. Permanent eave lights are installed once and stay up year-round: warm white every night, holiday colors each season, no ladder.
Do you do commercial permanent lighting?
